Marsh Farm Country Park is owned and managed by Essex County Council. It provides an enjoyable and educational day out for all the family.
Marsh Farm is a working farm where children can get close to farm animals and play safely in our adventure play areas. There is also a Country Park, which boasts excellent coastal walks and superb views of the River Crouch.
Children go free as Marsh Farm celebrates its 25th Birthday
On Sunday 21 June Marsh Farm Country Park is celebrating its 25th Birthday by holding a massive birthday party. Families are invited to join the fun and for one day only children under 16 can get in for FREE!
The festivities start at 10.00am when the farm transports its visitors back to 1984 complete with leg warmers, street parties and a disco. There will also be traditional country games, pass the parcel, a sing along with Farmer Ferrers and plenty of birthday cake.
The fun doesn’t end there; entertainers will be on hand with their party tricks, balloon modelling and face painting. Throughout the celebrations there will be an exhibition looking back at the past 25 years of Marsh Farm.
